Products
Our products are packed in different ways according to the
request of the client:
• fresh in plastic box: expiry date is 5 days after production
date. In this way we pack the products for the domestic market.
• Fresh in IWP+carton: expiry date is 5 days after production
date. In this way we pack the following products: loin, collar,
ham, shoulder etc.
• Fresh in vac+carton: expiry date is 15 days after production
date. In this way we pack products like tenderloin, loin, collar,
ham, belly, and other products according to the request of the
client.
• Frozen in carton: the expiry date is 2 years after production
date. The products are the followings: loin, collar, ham,
shoulder, belly, trimming 70/30, all the bones for example: tail
bone, riblet bone, femour bone, and then other products like
feet, stomach, liver, kidney etc.
• Frozen in poliblock: the expiry date is 2 years after
production date. The products are the followings: cutting fat
from leg and shoulder, liver, trimming 70/30, head meat, back
fat etc.
